At RepackPro, we specialize in handling returns and reshipments on behalf of small e-commerce and dropshipping brands. This Shipping Policy outlines how reshipments are processed and what our partner brands can expect.

1. Reshipment Services Only

RepackPro does not fulfill original orders or act as a standard e-commerce shipping provider. We strictly offer reshipment services for:

  • Exchanges

  • Customer service replacements

  • Re-delivery of returned items

All outbound shipments are initiated by the brand via a reshipment request form.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable U.S.-based carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ship return items to customers.

  • Shipping speed varies based on carrier selection and destination

  • Tracking information is provided for each shipment

  • Brands may request specific service levels depending on the item weight and urgency

3. Processing Times

Once a reshipment request is received and payment is confirmed:

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Expedited options may be available on request

Please note that processing time may vary depending on the volume and product type.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on:

  • Item weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

  • Plan-specific pricing (as outlined in your subscription tier)

All shipping fees are paid by the brand at the time of the reshipment request.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we partner with trusted carriers, RepackPro is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery by the carrier

We will, however, assist in filing claims with carriers if needed.

6. Returns Back to Warehouse

Customers returning items to our warehouse must use the correct return address and include a return label with an SKU or Return ID. Brands are responsible for providing clear return instructions to their customers.
